So the news has dropped on Hayden Lowe. IMO, he's the type of guy that past coaching staffs would placate, but that's no longer the case with Cristobal in charge and the way he's built this roster.

As for the Luka Gilbert, really unfortunate. He played a bit in the playoffs. But more 10-personnel loading. And it's clear Izzy Briggs will play a lot this season as a true freshman, IMO #Canes

Miami is not playing around under Cristobal. They just reload, especially in the trenches. With Mensah this is the year the U officially is back and wins the natty.

He suffered an “injury” last season and never played. That was kept under wraps and never fully explained. Then he’s been AWOL all summer.

I don’t know if he left on his own, or was kicked off the team, but it’s funny that everyone except the Miami beat reporters knew he was gone weeks ago.

You’re quite high on the U.

They have a trash schedule outside of Notre Dame. So those two teams can sleepwalk into the playoffs before we know what they’re made of.

I’m not as high.

They'll have really good offensive and defensive lines and a talented QB with a lot of starts. That's a formula for a lot of success even if I hate them.

Mensah is the truth. They’ll definitely be at minimum a semi final team. Their roster is really good

They’re replacing both lines almost entirely with a ton of unproven players. Good portal grab in Wilson and some high rated recruits, but Miami had amazing trenches last year and the draft took most of them and the others graduated.

Lines are unpredictable until proven.

Spending other people’s money is easy

Unfortunately they still don’t have a coach who does things like coach

he almost beat a 16-0 team with the Heisman winner at qb with Carson Beck.

If he had a better qb they win by 10+

Cristobal is a top 5 coach in the ncaa right now

Yeah, they have the #2 NIL in the nation in a conference without a single other team in the top 20. Lot of coaches could do the same.

Rumor is he may have laid hands on coaches/players........more than once. The players on the team apparently had enough and agreed with the coaches that he needed to go.
