Everytime the wife showed up in a scene it looked like a fake trailer for a movie that would be put up before Tropic Thunder

Based on that trailer, I don’t think Kurt Warner or anyone involved in this movie has any concept of what satire is or is equipped to properly execute it so I’d say no

This looks like one of those low-budget “We love Jesus” inspirational movies.

I said it looked like Kirk Cameron directed it and so I looked it up and it’s not Kirk but might as well be

This is the studio producing the movie

That's a shame, because it's a good story if done well

This had to be filmed before this guy got the Shazam role right?

Also..I thought I had escaped Kurt Warner's goblin wife but she's back.

Nah the first Shazam movie released nearly a full calendar year before this movie production was even announced

Anna Paquin’s career must not be going so well these days.

But they got a pretty big name to play Kurt, so maybe I’m wrong.

Fwiw it didn’t look as bad as I expected from this thread. Just a typical Nashville production aimed at suburban Christian families.
