Yes, Rodgers, Tannehill, and Mahomes can all scramble and move a little bit and Jimmy G is pretty athletic, but they all make their bread and butter by slicing up defenses from the pocket with accuracy.

Tannehill not on the same level as the others, but he's kind of a 1970s throwback this year with bombs, defense and heavy running game, and does enough.

The entire myth of the QB that is primarily a runner having long term success in the NFL is a myth that just refuses to die despite overwhelming evidence to the contrary.

Mobile? Yes. VERY mobile? Yes.

NEEDS to beat you with his leg while just a mediocre passer? Flash in the pan every time

If a QB could win a SB with nothing but his legs then Mike Vick would be known as the greatest QB of all time.

However, as has been proven time and time again, the ability to run is simply a nice compliment to the ability to read a defense and make a throw.

Tannehil is a decent runner and he's pretty tough too....should be a good game.

There are less than 32 NFL quality starting quarterbacks walking the face of this planet.

That alone tells you that athleticism isn't the deciding factor.

The more interesting thing to me is that in the age of passing the football, 3 of the 4 remaining teams are very run dominant.

SF runs heavy packages primarily, using different run schemes to set up explosive play action.

TN runs Henry like the work horse that he is for a couple hundred yards per game, throwing when necessary, and almost always off play action.

GB has taken a step away from making Rodgers do everything this year. They are now a run first team and are running more than normal, and still have the security blanket of having a hall of fame QB in Rodgers to make things happen.

Then there's KC representing the new era of football, with a young gunslinger in Mahomes tossing it around 30-40 times per game at least.

Only Jimmy G is a traditional pocket passer.

I think the only legit example of this working would be Vick. And he was an adequate passer. There is no telling what his career would have been like if he didn't do time during his prime.

Mahomes had 580 pass attempts in 2018. Favre had multiple seasons with over 600 pass attempts
