If the AD were present, he should have gone to the locker room and told Howard he is fired and leave now. Only possible justification for not doing it today, is it's a road game and you're not present, and you want to fire him face-to-face.

Howard should be fired immediately. Probably should even be arrested. He single handedly escalated that situation, very unnecessary and dangerous. He should be the one breaking up and preventing fights. This is crazy. If I were the Michigan AD I wouldn’t wait until tomorrow.

Unreal the amount of people coming out the woodwork to defend this. They desperately want to make this a race thing which is bizarre.

It's sad, but is it really that unbelievable anymore?
Howard could have German suplexed the guy and spit on him, and professional bigots like Jemele Hill would still have rushed to his defense.
