What's the deal with the press box? Didn't they have to lower it?

I'd go see a game there on LSU's open date.

It's an interesting look. I think it will help the program and the general energy level at Tulane to have games on campus again, although I'm not sure it was worth the expense. I am looking forward to checking out a game there though.

And maybe they can still do an occasional big game downtown in the Dome. Like if they play LSU, etc.

They play Georgia Tech, Cincinnati, and UConn at Yulman this year. Nice upgrade in scheduling to coincide with the opening of the new stadium too.

I don't like the alternating colors.

I like it. It's unique without being an eyesore or tacky.

I bought Season Tickets even though I'll hardly ever get the chance to go. I'll be there for the opener, though.

also unveiled their new uniforms today. They're alright but a stripe on the pants would've looked nice. Also, a sky blue alternate would've been amazing rather than charcoal.

Wow, that's really nice for a high school field. Looks like something out of a small Texas town.

Dickson said they'll wear a throwback jersey as well. I assume that will be for the home opener.

I'd love to say something negative, but apparently, according to the Tulane people on this forum, I'm a Tulane-hating douchebag troll.

So I'll just sit back and smile.

Pretty much anyone who has seen your posts would agree with that.

I'll wait to get Paul Lukas' take on them

Not a fan of the helmet really. I liked the few from last season. And yeah, a light blue would have been much better than GFGS.

Why would they do that? It looks like half green grass and the other half he grass is dry and dying.

It just doesn't look good.

Just add the larger sleeve stripes to the uniforms from last year and they would be perfect. I like the grass but the stadium seems to be very underwhelming.

Tight, tight, tight! Looking real good. Too bad the Lions are going to do major work in there.

Gotta remember they tried to build a whole stadium in the span of a year. Building Tiger Stadium would have been difficult. This is a good foundation and allows for some tweaking down the line.
