The rumor goes that Alm was secretly gay and his childhood "friend" was blowing him during the time of the crash. His friend, who was not wearing a seatbelt for obvious reasons, gets thrown from the car, dies. Alm, now realizing that he is dickless, pulls out a gun and blows his brains at the scene of the crash

What about the one where Jefferson was so hammered/hungover from night before mett actually was slated to start. Lee was ineligible. They could write a book on the mystery of what really happened.

What’s crazy is if you watch the all-22, Jarvis was open downfield ALL NIGHT. JJ only saw him that one time and over threw. I know Jarvis in the slot was supposed to be part of the game plan which got scrapped and saw us revert to the 11-5-11 strategy.

I heard the fight pregame was because Jefferson was in no condition to play. He got carried in at like 5am. Possibly roofied. I mean like you said something was obviously off.

This isn’t scandalous at all compared to most of the stuff in this thread but I saw it with my own eyes. JJ Redick was drunkenly smoking cigarettes and play fighting and wrestling with a Sigma Nu member around 2 am the night before an early game against Chris Paul’s Wake Forest team. I think both teams were top 10 and Duke won, but Redick had a terrible game.
He apparently did this type of stuff multiple times so K had Chris Collins go over to Redick’s apartment that summer and yell at him that he was throwing away his nba career by trying to be a frat star. JJ mentions this type of stuff in interviews all the time, without the details. He partied much less his last two years.

After a game against Vanderbilt. I saw Aaron Hernandez help about 30 people down on the field and a security guard walked up to him and said “Aaron only family is allowed in the locker room”. Aaron pushed him pretty hard and said “frick you dawg this is my family”. And no coach or anybody stopped it and the rest of the security guards got this awkward look and just walked away.
