I thought I was ruined when Forte went out after 1 carry for 0 yards last night luckily he sucked it up and at least gave me some points.

Anyone want to chime in on my idea of starting D. Bess over Cotchery for my 2nd WR? Good idea? (I also have S. Holmes FWIW)

cassel , very bad weather in the sd/kc game

sorry for you. Go with Ricky, unless you feel that Hightower's 8 carries and his 2.9 YPC average will be enough for you, BTW MIN's DEF is pretty good against the run.

Big playoff game in my $1200 to winner league. Need to decide between Michael Turner against Tampa Bay and Ryan Grant @ Jax. Definitely starting Portis vs. Cincy.

I'd say Grant vs Jax is a much better Match-up
Turner only had 14 rushes and a 3 yard average earlier this year against them. But now that Ryan has proven himself, they won;t stack the box like they did.

Not sure about the Portis over Turner play also. CIN def hasn't allowed a 100 yard rusher since week 7 and there's a chance Portis gets "rested" again if he's running poorly and they are ahead.

I'd go mclain-no competition, Pitt run Def not as good as once thought

Lendale might not play, and if he does, probably won't see enough carries

Start walter next week, he's an every other week performer

Gore not playing

have a feeling Slaton hits the rookie wall this week and comes up with an inury. But onto facts, he had 18 for 116 and a TD earlier this year, but 50 and the TD came on one run so he was 17 for 66 otherwise. Sjax should do better than that against Seattle.

Thanks Kash, that kind of confirms how I was leaning.

I have a dilemma with Tyler Thigpen. The wind in KC is gonna be terrible. It kills me that I cannot start him against SD. I am going to go with Favre. I am in a deep league and only Seneca Wallace and Ryan Fitzpatrick are available free agents who I would even consider starting over Favre or Thigpen. What about Tavarius Jackson against Zona(27 pass TD allowed).

Any advice?

only Seneca Wallace

has thrown for at least 1 TD in each game that he's started this year, last year, and even 4 out of 5 that he started 2 years ago. The same can not be said for Favre or Thigpen.

Expect 220 2 TDs and about 15 yards rushing. If that'll do then he's your guy. Seneca used to have turnover issues, but he seems to have conquered that.

But this is still a really tough call. Farve hasn't thrown a TD in 2 games and seems to play down to opponents, Buffalo not looking good so I don't think Favre will either.

SD is trying to win out hoping that DEN loses the next two, their DEF might actually step-up after the beatdown against OAK.(then you add the weather issue) ST Louis/Seneca is a better match-up IMO.

Well, last week I came on here Sunday morning asking for some advice needing a win to make the playoffs, and ...

Thanks for the advice. This week, with Gore out, I need to fill a flex position and can go either:

Santonio Holmes vs Balt
or
Braylon Edwards vs Phill

I'm leaning Edwards, cause the Balt D worries me, but neither really bring me much comfort. Agree or disagree?

And once again, thanks for any feedback!

Neither one of them have me drooling or anything, but if it were me, I would most likely go with Holmes. good luck!

I don't think he is a "bad" choice, but what are your alternatives?

Antonio Bryant vs Atl IMHO
