Rocky Bleier. Guy got shrapnel in his lower right leg and lost part of his foot from a grenade in Vietnam and still managed to play pro football.

ETA, Played for the Steelers until retiring in 1980.

Yep. Dan no heighted in the pole vault at the Olympic trials (at Tad Gormley Stadium in NOLA) and missed the team. I think the next year he broke the Decathalon world record though.

He is on golf btoadcasts all the Time and still plays in the British open every year... Vertigo can really screw a golfer up.......
