Happy for Leclerc, hopefully this makes Ferrari a challenger because Red Bull obviously isn't going to be.

Mclaren showing that Renault engine might be pretty good after all.

Grojean was in that position because of Vettel. Both Norris and Grojean have put the blame fully on Vettel.

I don't know about fully. Gros didn't even get a heads up from his team.

Agree VET maybe shouldn't have passed, but Ferarri seems to have been on top of the situation and VET started his flyer before he normally would have.

gonna watch a replay after the AU UK game

I hate trying to avoid spoilers, thankfully CBS probably won’t be running F1 updates on their bottom line like ESPN does

Edit: hoping Lando can pick up some points today, should have a good shot if the Renault PU doesn’t blow up

I've been away. Did they ever figure out WTF was wrong with the Ferraris last time?

Let's see if LeClerc can hold the line. Max is looking aggressive this week, hopefully too much so.

I'm watching live and laughed at Brundle trying to interview Guy Ritchie's bodyguard instead of Guy.

This is one of the rare races that are at a comfortable time to watch live on the west coast. The Euro races are usually at 5 or 6 am.

The Bahrain race is at 6:10 pm local time. Before it became a night race, it was at a typically bad time for here.

I'm watching. Brundle on the gridwalk is like Scott's Tots 0.5 for me, it's so cringey lol. I'm a Vettel fan but I think I'll pull for Leclerc here. The thought of starting the season with wins for Bottas and Leclerc is intriguing!

Most reports are that Ferrari had issues with their engine overheating (known before Australia) and that at Australia they could not generate enough downforce with the front wing, which then also caused issues with the tires as they had trouble getting them into the optimum temperature range (specifically Vettel on the medium tires, Leclerc had better luck with the hard tires)

This is the best description of the grid walk I’ve ever heard. Completely agree.
