Or is that on ESPN?

I don't know how else you handle this. If you spread it out then all of their employees just have this hanging over their heads for weeks. They just have to rip it off quick like a bandaid

TIL sports journalism is not really worth it.

Yeah, I think these are all names we will recognize. Obviously very few of us know all of these people but it seems like at least a couple of people know every single name that has been let go.
I don't watch hockey but the hockey fans here seemed to like the guys who were let go. Meanwhile no one has really mentioned Eamon Brennan on this thread, but he was a guy who I was familiar with.
I assume the other 50 are producers, cameramen, and copy editors, etc.

From multiple people: ESPN's Baseball Tonight franchise will be significantly impacted by today's cuts.

ESPN has little respect for hockey, and that is a shame.

Seems like they should have done them all at once this morning (which maybe they did, but the news is slowly leaking out based on when people are tweeting about it) if you ask me.

Can we have a list of hands of working professionals that have watched an ESPN program outside live sports in the past 10 years (sitting around in college doesn't count)?
Probably not many. The unemployed watch their daytime shows. Their talent is catered to that.
