I work from home and leave lebatard on in the background because I get tired of all other daytime TV. It's entertaining if you want something different and I don't dislike Stugotz. I don't think he's trying to be terrible. It actually amazes me he's made it as far as he has.

Dear ESPN, please fire Jemele Hill.
K, thanks.
K, thanks.

Viewership is declining because of cord cutting.
So do nothing to try to get any of it back?

So your answer is shite like SC6?

I would love to see what the MSB would produce for espn because I highly doubt the content would be any better than what's on their now.
Well, it's not our job. They are paid to put something good out there. Just because I can't do any better doesn't mean I can't acknowledge they aren't doing a great job. What an absolutely stupid comment from you.

Exactly. You listen to a guy in BR talk about the nuances of LSU and Saints football. On the flip side you listen to M&M and they briefly discuss the Saints Defense or LSU not having a QB. Its just so hot takey that it's not interesting.

I agree. People don't mind the same stuff if it's all good knowledge and actual informed stuff rather than hot takes.

Well first things first, I'd have a gambling show hosted by Peej.

So all this and so far just 2 reporters (mcmurphy and werder) who I wouldn't recognize on the street.

The takes in this thread are comical.
People want ESPN to deliver more live sports content - the content that cost them significantly more than anything else they air - in an age where people are more cost conscious and cutting the cord at a blistering pace. That model will never work, it's never going back to that, but people cannot seem to grasp it.
Also, the comments about white men getting let go are absurd. Somewhere in the neighborhood of 80% of sports editors, columnists, and reporters are white males. We should expect the percentage of white males being let go to fall somewhere near that number.

No doubt about it. National talk is in the gutter.
