Probably just panhandlers from West Hartford.

Blocking a road is not a march.

he didn't like riots but...

But it is not enough for me to stand before you tonight and condemn riots. It would be morally irresponsible for me to do that without, at the same time, condemning the contingent, intolerable conditions that exist in our society. These conditions are the things that cause individuals to feel that they have no other alternative than to engage in violent rebellions to get attention. And I must say tonight that a riot is the language of the unheard. And what is it America has failed to hear?...It has failed to hear that the promises of freedom and justice have not been met. And it has failed to hear that large segments of white society are more concerned about tranquility and the status quo than about justice and humanity."

He definitely had an idea of why they happen and it doesn't sound like what your average TD poster says.

When that many people are marching they do happen to also block the roads.

It's not being paranoid, it's being logical and faith in human beings. Westboro Baptist Church - I would understand. They would have some really weird reason...But I'd understand...that's what they do.
It's Jemele Hill! This has to be fake news...nobody is protesting shite for Jemele Hill.
It's either fake or people were paid.
It's Jemele Hill!
If the left is going to protest everything that results in sanctions by attacking the President...well that signals...Soros. Libs are crazy...but you gotta get paid to go out for fricking Jemele Hill.
Yes you are acting paranoid as frick.
It was 6 people This was randos who had nothing better to do. Nothing more, nothing less. To delude yourself into thinking there would be some sort of paid protest by "the left" or any other group that would only hire six people is completely silly.

MLK wouldn't vomit at how people are protesting. He'd vomit Bc of WHY they are protesting. He lived in a time of actual racism, and his cause was just. This is a time of conjured up oppression, when being a victim is all-important. I'm really sorry this generation missed out on the real civil rights struggles, but they did. Pretending this is the 1960s doesn't make it so.

I keep going to that scene from the movie PCU when dude starts a "We're not gonna protest" chant.
i've been doing that lately in my head each time I read or see the word protest being thrown around.

How many people in the picture you posted had a salary of $1 million dollars and used their national platform from a sports show to falsely accuse the President of the United Sates, his cabinet members, and all 60 million people who voted for him white supremacist racist bigots?
Comparing Selma and the civil rights marches to the protests happening now is the height of stupidity and I'm embarrassed for you.

Yeah, cause those two things are similar

They would probably discourage protestors who stopped the game from going on.

I'm wasn't really comparing JHill to Selma. I was just pointing out that blocking roads isn't some new and purely ineffectual thing. People back in MLK's day said similar things to what they say now about that kind of protest.
And honestly its a little silly to say if he would hate or not hate what is going on now. With the way he was vilified in the media at the time it's just as possible he might empathize with protestors now. He was for redistribution of wealth, he was anti war, he was a big union backer, he led boycotts... It's not like the only thing he fought for was desegregation.
