Not really Cochran could have busted out the chewbacca defense, the jury had made their minds up. They deliberated for like 3 hours.

I think the worst thing Johnny did in that trial was when he ran down Darden early on.

Like I said, I don't know how Goldman never shot OJ.

Cochran didn't even speak about the actual matter at hand at all.
because he knew he couldn't. I don't get why people don't see this. It's his job to get his client cleared. He wasn't going to do that with DNA and shite. The trial would have lasted two seconds. He is going to focus on the narrative that he could create to get his client acquitted

I'm so fricking sick of all the emotional "OH THE LAWYERS ARE EVIL" nonsense.

They were defense lawyers doing their damn job and they did it masterfully. Everyone is entitled to a defense and the fact is the police and the prosecution got their arse kicked by smarter, more skilled individuals.

Yes OJ did it, but are they supposed to do less than their best for him?

But I still have a problem when u know your client is guilty and u do all kind of bullshite to get them off. That should be against the law.

Yeah Cochran did his job incredibly well. It is the responsibility of the prosecution and the investigation to make sure there are as few holes for the defense to exploit as possible. This case was full of holes, so I'm not going to lay fault to Cochran for doing what he was supposed to do.

Anger should be directed at the DA, Fuhrman, and the LAPD before it goes anywhere else.

I know there is basically zero chance, but I wonder if he was part of setting OJ up in Vegas. It just seemed weird the pedo looking guy audio recorded the whole incident.

Although the more than likely answer is he knew something dumb would happen and the tape could help with his defense and also get him money from TMZ.

I hope so. Carl Walk, the white ghetto guy and the rest of those racists should also suffer the same fate.

why did Ito allow those 2 segments of the Fehrman tape? didn't seem to have any bearing on the case whatsoever

If it works, you should be upset with the people who took a weak case to court or the people who lost a strong case.
