my texas st dynasty from ncaa 14 has had such a good run when i am bored enough to dig the xbox out. furthest i ever made it in dynasty mode i think i made it about 20 seasons

If I can make a suggestion, start with the PS2-era dynasty and recruiting mechanics as the baseline. PS3-era dynasty/recruiting was never on the same level.

I'm confident that if any conference were to sign on it would be the SEC and that's all I really care about. I'd pre-order today if we could.

My understanding is that the NCAA isn't involved, they went to individual conferences and teams to make sure they could use their teams etc.
I don't think they will have individual players, yet. Will be all generic players and building teams etc.
