Something to consider is that he wouldn't be suspended without the rest of his antics these playoffs. Still, this shite didn't compare at all to the other stuff he's done and NBA definitely wants that game 7 money. Lebron better take advantage then.
NBA is smart they purposely didn't suspend him in the OKC series because they knew they had to save it for the finals.
