Fwiw, this is one of the many reasons less and less people take anything hoops related you say seriously.

You've been a lot less than rational in your thoughts on the Finals these past 2 seasons. Not to go personal and compare with my takes but...last season we all know the thread you made stating CLE should be the favorite after being up 2-1. I scoffed at that, and I was right.

This time around I said GS in 5, and you responded saying "no way", and it hasn't happened yet, but we're right on track for me to be right again.

It's becoming the accepted opinion that you purposely try to prop up CLE to say they can or should win so when they lose you can pile on him even more. They were always an underdog this season and last and never had a team good enough to really challenge GS.
whole lot of words just to basically give yourself a pat on the back for your predictions

But I qualified it before I said it!!!!

I've been posting here a long time, patting myself on the back is not something new for me, I do like doing that.

Wow

Only read the first 2 pages but there's so many idiots in here

It's not that hard to figure out why Draymond got suspended and Lebron didn't. It's actually just basic pre school math

Klay Thompson didn't hold back. "I'm surprised some guys take it so personal -- it's a man's league. I guess his feelings got hurt."

What does Klay know about it being a man's league? Didn't he just bitch about Mozgov's screen cause he got an ouchy? Go ask daddy for some allowance money and go buy a puddin pop sonny.

There's kind of a difference between calling out dirty screens and getting your feelings hurt because someone calls you a bitch

Yea, counting money.

LBJ in the finals = more money

Finals going passed Game 5 = more money

When the Bucks best the Warriors in December, MCW had a dunk and stared down the Warriors near the end of the game. Green and Thompson both took issue and spoke out about a stare down after the game.

I guess their feelings got hurt.

my brain can't spell as well now either.

PAST.

I wonder if Lebron will cry at home if the W's win game 5.

Ezili's moment in the sun. he was terrific at Vandy until he was injured.
Seems like his body has recovered.

I really don't give shite about whether people take me or anything I say seriously or not. I post what I think and what I observe. I highly doubt I'm talking to a ton of knowledgeable basketball people and I don't say that to be offensive. There are a handful, across the board, that know their shite. They aren't stat dependent or pull heavily from basketball reference. They recognize that sports aren't played in a vacuum nor do advanced metrics tell a complete story. Intangibles do exist.Their are some who allow biases to cloud all judgement. You fall in the latter category.

The Cavs were missed open jumper from being up 3-0...nothing you can argue changes that fact. They outplayed the GSW in the first three games.but lets keep this back to this series.

For starters, you do the exact same thing as it comes closer and closer to the end. The Cavs once again had chance to win on their home court to TIE the series until mental lapses occurred by their head coach and 2 best players. That's not a talent issue, that's just a classic meltdown.

Secondly, in an inverted way, by counting the Cavs out in Game 5, despite as you say the "2nd best player ever" HAS A TREMENDOUS advantage now that he doesn't have to guard All-NBAer Draymond Green or be guarded by him.Green is a linchpin in GSW entire philosophy. That take props LeBron up as just a hard luck guy who just ran into an impossible situation.

Let me be clear...the Cavs have a great opportunity to bring this back to Cleveland with Green out.If this game is a blowout by GSW, it will be more than just "role players playing better at home" and home court advantage. It will be because the Cavs, starting with "our leader over there"(to paraphrase Love's midseason quote) are not mentally tough enough to make it a winnable game.

Listen to Zach Lowe, Tom Haberstroh, Amin Elhassan, Bill Simmons,David Thorpe,etc...this isn't something I'm pulling out of thin air.

He's the GM, if his team sucks he's partly to blame.

He's a frontrunner. His fans, like yourself, mirror that.

and it is always an excuse for him.

You are not objective.

Your posts reek of fear.

Green deserved to be suspended, but it doesn't matter. Monday night ends up this way.

Lebron James has become the rick flair of the NBA. Iean I loved lebron coming out of high school. I dobt think I've ever found as much joy in watching someone lose as I do lebron. Jesus what a spoiled pussy bitch.

Irrelevant to what I said. They weren't the favorites, you thought they should have been. THe results showed they never should have been.

So they didn't, and the series looks to be over in 5, like I said, right?

quote:

Have you watched the 1st 4 games? it kinda is an impossible situation, he can't beat GS.

quote:

All picked GS to win the series, right?

Again, why no one takes you seriously. I picked GS in 5, I bet on GS in 5. I'm going to win money if GS wins tonight. I want to win money tonight. What again am I fearing?

Can you explain how I'm not objective when i've been wayyyyyy more correct on CLE vs GS observations the past 2 seasons than you??? Ignoring results, it's kinda delusional on your part to continue being wrong to my being correct then tell me I reek of fear and aren't objective. Not sure how else to take that other than it's just blind delusion on your end.

Keep putting up the good fight though!!!

Did Dellavedova get a flagrant 1 for his nut shot on Iguodola earlier in the series? Why not? There was zero question of contact, and intent is not necessary.
