Physician. He has a doctorate but is not a physician.

Let's see that math baby! I would think I would have heard about 6.5 MILLION PLUS dying from the vaccine.

What if Tua passed a concussion medical exam by an independent physician?

Then the concussion medical exams are flawed.

How so?
Should the medical community call upon you to fix it?

If a player has a concussion on Sunday he should not be playing Thursday.

Hard stop.

Are there really posters out there who believes the NFL cares one cent about player safety?

It’s all for show. Just like how the army pays them to “care” about the military.

Why does everyone think he somehow magically skipped concussion protocol? With all the shite they have in place?

It’s, roughly, a guy signing off based on said guy administering tests

I can smell the trailer park and Busch Light from this post.

Your family excited about your vacation to Gulf Shores?

NFL protocol:

quote:

If the team physician, in consultation with the sideline UNC, determines the instability to be neurologically caused, the player is designated a “No-Go” and may not return to play.

quote:

For the 2018 season, the Head, Neck and Spine Committee made additional improvements to the Concussion Protocol:

So tell me how a back injury that causes you to stumble like he did last week isn’t neurological? It’s not simply a concussion, FYI.

Agreed, the NFL should go with random idiot on message board as opposed to trained medical doctor for proper diagnosis.

Why you’d give the NFL the benefit of the doubt on this topic is beyond me, but feel free.

So this and all doctors retained by the NFL to perform examinations are frauds?

Pick 1:

1. Medical professionals cleared Tua last week

Or

2. Medical professionals, including independent NFL UNC, lied about his concussion last week.

It really is only one of those 2.

So, the NFL is in on it?

Honestly, I don’t disagree.

This is a business built on gladiator-esque sporting events.

Money is paramount. Why anyone expects anything different is beyond me.

The team doctor performs the exam. The NFL doctor is a consultant, much like a doctor “consults” with a NP at many primary care offices.

From the NFL protocol:

quote:

Regardless, the responsibility for the diagnosis of concussion and the decision to return a player to a game remains exclusively within the professional judgment of the Head Team Physician or his/her physician designee responsible for the diagnosis and treatment of concussion.
