he got whipped around and his waist against the tackler's body seemed to provide leverage to like slingshot his upper body down to the field. there's the effect of his head hitting the ground plus the effect of his brain's inertia when his entire body stops almost instantly.

doesn’t a third party specialist make a player go through protocol first before he’s allowed back? If the doctor said he passed, why are people up in arms about the dolphins coaching staff?
What I’m wondering. What year do they think it is.

It didn't take an MD to see Tua fall out cold last week, the "back" story was such bullshite

So you think the coaching staff risked their livelihoods for one regular season game?

I haven't been a huge Tua fan. But, this just pisses me off so much. Irresponsible people have put him in a position to have irreparable harm done. If we don't see the stiffest penalties the NFL has ever handed out to an organization, I'll be livid.

And the fact he was severely concussed 4 days ago doesn't help.....

Let’s not be so naive to believe the 3rd party specialist is an infallible God

or maybe the people who evaluated him in person and determined his status know better than the guy watching on his lazy boy?

In the NFL, I don't doubt there are some units who would do that shite. I enjoy it but damn if I also don't believe some of Any Given Sunday is based on fact.

All we got was “he’s conscious”. That is not good.

They’re clearly not but they eliminate the coach’s liability.

According to the lady, Tua's been taken to the Trauma Center about 5 miles away. Hope he recovers well.
