The woman reportedly underwent two medical evaluations following her second encounter with Bauer, including a trip to the emergency room a day after the second encounter where she had rapid CT scans of her brain, face and neck. She said her medical notes indicated “significant head and facial trauma” with signs of a basilar skull fracture.

If this part is true, then holy shite. Basilar skull fractures are what kill NASCAR drivers. That is an absurd level of trauma and I'm not sure I believe she got it from Bauer unless he beaned her in the back of the head with a fastball.

This whole thing is bizarre AF. Bauers side provided text screen shots where the girl was going on about how she gets off on being choked out and the feeling she gets after waking up. Weird shite. And Bauer is apparently recorded on a call telling her he repeatedly punched her in the arse while she was unconscious.

Hes gotten himself into a hell of a situation from the stuff I've read. I mean Bauer’s reps are angling at it was all consensual, he did what she wanted. And they do have texts to show she was into rough kinky shite.
But then you get into this legal gray area and idk the specifics of the law in California but in some places consent can't be given to break the law. So you can't cause bodily harm to someone even if they say you can. Or you get into the languages of specifically what she consented to and reasonable expectations because she likely didn't consent to or expect a concussion and skull fracture. And then there's the language of what constitutes assault which often requires intent to cause bodily harm so was it Bauers intent to cause bodily harm and should a reasonable person know his actions would result in bodily harm.
Folks, when a rando insta skank slides into your DMs and asks you to choke her unconscious and hit her, best avoid it.

I'm thinking of starting a athlete guidance service and that's my only advice. Pay me $300 and I'll remind you to avoid the cleat chasing instas who will cause you financial and legal headaches.
