By the way, you're statement of "I can shoot If I claim I was feel threaten" leaves out a key word.
You're justified if you "reasonably believe that such force is necessary to prevent imminent death or great bodily harm to himself or herself or another or to prevent the imminent commission of a forcible felony"

reasonably is so subjective, it goes to state of mind. How can anyone prove that beyond a shadow of doubt.

again, why is a random person who is not a cop asking me for id on a sidewalk, cause im in the neighborhood.
