I dont love that idea at all, you are assuming. Im putting myself in Martins shoes and if someone is following me, even if I am trying to lose them and or minding my business yes that will be the case.

Its not funny, thats the risk I will take if he shoots me then so be it, I choose to conceal and carry.

And you are starting to sound stupid. I dont want to kill anyone but if you are following me and I feel threaten, then yes that may well be the result, me or him.

lesson: dont follow me because you deem me to be suspicious, if im not in the act of a crime, just watch until you actually see me trying to commit a crime then call the cops or call them first and wait it out.

why should that be the lesson to the person thats following me?

first being state of mind of both individuals

of course Im not shooting someone who just ask me my name or do I live around here.

he could have pulled up let the damn window down and said hey sir or kid do you live around here, got an answer and drove off.
why are you getting out of your car after following me to confront me?
if my answer doesnt suffice, call 911, not the non emergency number and wait.
