nice straw man, read the statue and what the proof of burden is to relying on stand your ground.
again I live in florida.

Kid got shot not long ago, guy was in his bedroom window and say teenagers around his bike as if they where trying to steal. He killed the kid from his window and got off. because his property and or life was in harm.

im dead serious,
My advice would be, when police question you, say the dude attacked you.

If you tell them he asked you for identification, good luck using Stand Your Ground.

i dont watch Nancy Grace, do you know what is fact or fiction in this case?
I know he followed a kid and now the kid is dead. What happened in between well they are trying to sort that out now.

That's 1 incident.

You're forgetting because you don't see it on the news, all the times people use the Stand Your Ground defense and are still found guilty.

its been used before, do a little research, the law is so blurred some get off some dont.

But the problem with this case is that Zimmerman decline to use that defense.

I have seen it, black lady got 20 years trying to use stand your ground, cause her ex husband was beating the shite out of her. The problem is she shot him more than 10 times I think.

You love the idea of killing someone who asks you for identification?

Nice.

Also funny how you act like if you have a gun and another dude has a gun, you're assuming you're going to win the gun fight. You may also lose and be shot because you wanted to kill someone who asked for identification. Yea, that's worth it.

i never said shoot, I said defend with my weapon, doesnt mean I will shoot, but if its an agressive manor and you are following me. No you dont have the right to ask me to identify myself on the sidewalk. its not your property and Im minding my business, so yes I will feel threaten and be justified in Florida.

Well, if you're not going to shoot, then why would the other person not make it out first?
