LSU has said the entire time they will comply as much as I personally didn’t want them to. They didn’t want to risk down the road negative blow back from the CFP. I don’t think they care about Sankey hence why rouse said have your vote.



The SEC backed off a lawsuit that per yourself was existential. If was do necessary and applicable for later cases why back off? Did Kiffins comments somehow get erased?

Did his “collusion with lawyers” still not happen?

I’d buy that if they actually went to court and established precedence that they can but then didn’t expel I’d buy it.

This ultimately didn’t stop that as there’s no formal established precedence of legitimate powers


Sankey got emotional and flailed with his case but backed down with a gesture from LSU but no apology which all leaks yesterday said he wanted.

This whole thing was to show that they didnt have to go to court to have the muscle. The conference sets the rules, dare to go against them and you could be out regardless of some random judge's decision. That is why it went from zero to "we are voting to kick you out" in 5 seconds. Nip it in the bud and show who is in control.

Note how quickly Texas Tech shut its mouth about Sorsby once the conference united against them. Not the same scenario by any means, but the hand that feeds usually doesnt lose.
