Not that this is the most important thing, but this is the 40th anniversary of "The Tiebreaker" where the B1G had to select it's champion to go to the Rose Bowl because Michigan and Ohio State tied.
Michigan's starting QB was injured in the game, and many people point to that as the reason Ohio State was selected.
It will be a very odd few weeks in college football if Winston is charged with a felony (immediately suspended).

All that can prove is that they had sex correct?
If they had sex and it was consensual or rough does that automatically make him guilty? After Brian Banks situation I would be second guessing everything..... Did she have bruises? Marks of any kind to show forceable rape?

It doesn't matter if it was consensual. He had sex with her, that is proven. She claims to have been raped, and women tend to get the benefit of the doubt in these situations.

I've read all of the witness testimony, including testimony from her own roommates is on jameis's side. We'll see how all of this plays out. But I'm guessing the witness testimony is a big reason why this wasn't pursued.

Nah, not sweating. We have only heard her side of the case so far in the media. The people in the know (who actually know of Jameis's side) on the FSU boards are pretty confident this still gets dropped soon.
DNA evidence with nothing else isn't a smoking gun.

The timeline does not help winston. The incident took place as nd was reported before he ever took a snap for the noles.
