Ahh, the much over analyzed baseball swing. The only thing more mind numbingly, incessantly, needlessly over analyzed than the baseball swing is the golf swing. More than a few coaches have become really rich by convincing athletes this garbage is necessary. But, in 75 years, we still haven’t seen a better hitter than Ted Williams. And only one or two golfers as good as Ben Hogan. So, basically all that pseudoscience is worthless. Just hit the effin ball.
