Dammit Lebron. I'd love to hear what he has to say about this after he's retired and becomes introspective. Not acceptable

Curry still in your head but he probably did still have the worst.

wouldn't blame his bad play on injury. He looked fine to me the entire series, injury wise, but I would say it had more to do with the pressure of losing after a great season as well as the brilliant defense the Cavs played when it mattered.

While not an excuse, Curry couldn't drive past Love and the same Thompson he abused last year. He is definitely injured and not the same as he was in the regular season. While not am excuse, it is one of many reasons as to why he was so bad.

Or Curry is just stupid insisting on shooting a 3 instead of driving to basket. vEveryone is banged up in the finals boom.

Well that's just a false equivalence. Everyone hasn't sprained their MCL and twisted their ankle. Good luck trying to generate enough power to plant, cut, and move with fluidity with those two injuries.

The funny thing is, no is saying Curry's injury cost the Warriors the Finals, nor taking away the Cavs feat...it's more like LeBron's fans dismissing Curry's injuries, believing that Cleveland has Curry's number.

and to a degree that might be true.

From my perspective, LeBron won this series in Game 4. Suspending Draymond was enough(coupled with Curry's injuries and Bogut going down) to take Game 5.

Cleveland never again saw Bogut and Green together after Game 4...and won the next 3 games. GSW interior defense was a lesser after that.

Curry will never win another MVP. He was exposed this series. He had a nice 2 yr run

If Steph was at 100% he would've been finals MVP

If he played at his regular season level of play in the playoffs would GSW have won the title and Steph won MVP? EASILY.
I'd look through the thread for more, but I'm tired.

He may never win another MVP, those are hard to come by, but if you think he was exposed and his run is over then you're even dumber than I had previously thought

Lebron, not Curry, led the NBA in real plus minus during the regular season. Basketball isn't just offense, as the finals showed. Of course curry was the better offensive player, but why do people assume he was better overall? Because his team tried harder in the regular season?

It works both ways. We have a guy in this thread saying he was playing great all playoffs except the finals.

Well let's see how he did the series before the finals.

31.2/4.6/5.6 shooting 49% from 3 and an eFG% of .649

Care to explain how he got more injured? Care to explain how he wasn't great that series?

Those aren't his stats from the Thunder series.

I would like for you to explain where you pulled those numbers.

If people are saying things like if Curry was 100% they win, that's exactly what they're saying.
