I thought he was pretty clearly in.
Normally, you see the player hit the pylon so it’s more evident but it looked like Caleb just reached above the pylon to me.

As much as I dislike USC getting overhyped each year just to be another mediocre team with their soft schedule, he was in. His feet never went out and the ball was slightly tiny bit inside pylon.

You need to be IN in to be granted a touchdown. That was a run out of bounds. Didn’t lower his shoulder and try at all.

All it takes to score is for the ball to touch the goal line while in possession. As long as his foot was in and it crossed, he’s good.
