I don't think they have a chance of playing in first round, Bears will win the north

#3. too many bandwagons

I was a charter member of the I Hate the Cowboys club, and back in the day (late 70's, then again in the 90's) they had one of the biggest bandwagons around. But, as the haters are quick to point out, they haven't won in a long time, so how can their fans be bandwagon fans now?

I was at a bar last week, watched the Buc-Falcons after the Saints game. This waitress that works there is a big Boy's fan (she's from Dallas) she was really intense watching the Dallas-Indy game (reminded me of me watching LSU-Bama ) She is 25, so she was 10 the last time they won the SB, yet she's still into it, rooting for them at 3-8. That is not a bandwagon fan.

they could play in the first round if the Bears win the North and the Giants win the East. The South winner is probably the #1 seed and the runner up the #5 as a WC, the West winner the 4, the 2 and 3 are up in the air. The Bears have the tiebreaker on Philly, but the Giants have it on The Bears.

I don't think they have a chance of playing in first round,
if Giants win tonight; NYG, CHI, and PHi all sit at 9-4

any of them could end up at 2,3,or 6

NYG ends with PHI, GB, WAS
PHI ends with NYG, MIN, DAL
CHI ends with MIN, NYJ, GB

No, Atlanta needs to lose another game besides the Saints game while the Saints win out. If both finish 13-3 Atlanta wins tiebreaker on common opponents, Atl lost to Pitt, but beat Cleve and Az, who the Saints lost to. Of course if Garrett Hartley makes a chip shot FG it wouldn't be a problem.

OK I should have known that. I was thinking the opposite though, I thought NO owned the tiebreaker as long as they beat ATL.

why would other fans, expecially fans of teams outside the NFC East hate the Cowboys because of this?

The arrogance and pompousness of the owner mixed with that same attitude from the teams in the past few decades, all makes for a team that people don't like. People generally dislike douches.

This really isn't that hard to understand.

Mark Cuban is a douche, are the Mavericks the most hated team in the NBA? Hardly. I try to ignore douches that have no effect on my life.

you do realize that the media actively seeks out stories about the Cowboys?

that they are indeed products of the media, and not the other way around?

You frickers still hate the Cowboys for their success in the 90's. That's the only reason, most of you that really take it to heart had a team that was getting destroyed by the Cowboys for most of your formative years and it's kind of warped your mind in a sense.

When you rack up that many yards on a team you can do whatever you want. His fall into the endzone was hilarious.

Maybe not THE most hated, but the are up there.

It's sports. That's what you do in sports. You pick and choose teams that you like and don't like.

the teams I don't like are teams like Alabama, Auburn, The Falcons, The Titans, the Cardnials, the Spurs, you know teams that are competitors of and a direct threat to my teams.

like I said, I agree it was funny in the moment but when you think about all of his douchebag antics that have cost his team before, you'd think he'd show a little humility. How about fumbling on the one because you spiked it before crossing the goal line? C'MON MAN!

If Drew doesn't throw four picks to Cleveland or if we don't shite the bed against Arizona, then it's not a problem...

true, but given the choice I'd rather beat a division team.

I can believe that, but his public persona is kind of douchey but if douche owner is why people hate the cowboys, same should apply to the Mavs, but they are not nearly as hated. I don't really hate Cuban, though I think he goes over board whining sometimes, but I don't like t he Mavs cause they are in the Rockets division.

I don't think Cuban is as hands on as Jones though.
