Whoever said Cuban is a douche is wrong.
Cuban's players LOVE him because he takes care of them... not just $$$$ wise either. And he lets people run the basketball operations... he just gives them the resources they need. I'm sure he has minor oversight, but he doesn't insist on being a GM like Jerry does.

Again, why does this lead to people hating the Cowboys? If you think JJ is a bad owner or GM or a douche and you are not a Cowboys fan, why do you care and why does that make you hate the cowboys?

Not really. He rewards them $$$ wise, but job security is always a question with Jerry. He's constantly flushing people in and out etc. etc. Cuban really goes out of his way to take care of his guys.

I didn't really read any of that argument, so my comment had nothing to do with "hating the Cowboys." I was just speaking specifically about Cuban's role on the Mavs.
