Blanchard rushes for 2 bills and 3 td's,you also have no combination of 3 that is gonna be able to block Lawson.

I usually just lurk but this one was too interesting to let by - catholic is only one or two average seasons away from following the road redemptorist went down

Catholic is much better than last year. With that said, Mandeville had a huge drop off from the semi final team last year.

There is no comparison between the two schools' situations! Catholic might not be a powerhouse football school at present, but they are still competitive in almost every game. They would have won district last year if they had won final game against a very good Dutchtown team! Enrollment at Catholic is still up, so i don't see them going down the same road!

Not getting the same athletes anyone.

Teams used to fear CHS. Not so much anymore.

I attribute it to CHS having lacrosse now..fuxking sissy contact sport

We have some very good young talent at catholic. This freshman and sophomore class are very good. Future is bright and we will improve this year.

I'm sure Blanchard is the real deal, and also pretty sure Catholic will key on him and running game...how good is Denham's QB and passing game?

Catholic and Redemptorist are apples and oranges. Catholic is owned and run by the Brothers of the Sacred Heart. It has been around since the late 1800s. It is located in a nice area of BRLA pretty much in the Garden District. It is not going anywhere. RHS is now run by thte Diocese of Baton Rouge. It is located in a very bad part of BRLA. The feeders it had have all pretty much gone away (St. Isidore, St. Pius, St. Alphonsus) due to independent school districts. Open a book and read before you speak.
