He's tried to scam NFL and other CFB players, along with the "Lei's for Lennay" founder.

Perhaps you should read his interview transcripts. With the knowledge that the GF is a hoax you can find several statements that are lies.

The thing that makes no sense is that if Teo really was duped and found out late this year, he and Notre Dame could have quietly made this go away.

Just say something along the lines of "Teo has discovered some aspects about his gf's life that he was unaware of and would no longer like to talk about her or have stories run about her."

Boom, over. The media probably assumes that he found out she was cheating and they just go along with it like the other scam they ate up.

won't be surprised if ESPN puts Eric Dickerson on the case as lead reporter soon..he will get to the facts...

I agree with you but they'll come up with some angle as to why he continued to lie subsequent to finding out she wasn't real....

Since Teo's claim is this was all an online hoax he was a victim of I went back and read all of his tweets since he opened his acct in May of 20011. Some interesting things to note.
1. First contact with LK was Oct 10 2011 with 3the tweets.

2. In his interview with Thamel on sept 23 2012 he says hr knew her for years but they officially started dating onOct 15 2011.

3. No tweets on Oct 15 20112011 between the two or any mention of being in love or having a Gf for that matter. But on Oct 18th15 he tweets to his followers to follow LMK.

4. Between 10/15/2011 and 9/12/2012 when she died, teo tweeted on 3the seperate occasions about being in California. First was Nov 25th 2011 for stanford game. But also on Dec 9 2011to and May 12of 2011. In his Thamel interview he says LMK was in a coma from April 28and to mid May 2012. On May 12 2012 he tweets that he just landed in LA but doesnt visit his gf who is in the hospital ib a coma?

5. Not once on twitter does he mention LMK being in a car wreck, hospital, coma, cancer. NOT ONCE. He never once even asks his followers for Prayers or anything of that nature.

6. Dec 7th9 2011 he tweets to his fillowers to check out his bro Ronaiah and his new album. Two sepetate tweets that day on this topic.



7. On July 21off LMK sends Teo a picture of her dinner which he posts on twitter. Shea still supposed to be in hospital according to his Thamel interview buy pic doesnt look like anything a hospital would serve.

8. On October 29th 2012 Teo tweets a mesaage saying "Leave no stone unturnwd!"Is. Pretty eerie.

9. Last mention of LMK is on November 6th 2012 saying he missed her but radio silence after that.
