I'm going to call into the NASCAR headquarters and tell them Danica has a bomb underneath her vehicle and that she's driving around the track picking and choosing when and where she wants to detonate it.

Don't think nascasr has much say in commercials, that'd be fox.

NASCAR tickets are just like any other tickets. As a holder of a ticket, you waive all right to legal action against the track, it's employees, agents, participants and sanctioning bodies. There won't be any law suits.
