Some storylines to watch for:

Backup Catcher battle - do both Lee and Diaz make the squad, and if not who gets the job out of camp. Both making it likely means a Meyers or Hensley is headed down to start the year if my math is right and they're carrying 13 position players

Bullpen battle - the LMJ injury takes the drama over what would have happened with the rotation - some order of Framber/Javier/Garcia/Urquidy/Brown seems almost certainly the opening day rotation unless there's another injury. I see the following as locks for the opening day pen

Pressly Montero Abreu Stanek Neris Maton. If they're carrying 13 pitchers that leaves two spots for guys like Seth Martinez (likely to make it IMO), Blake Taylor (is he healthy), Mushinski, Enoli, non roster guys, the prospect who shall not be named, etc.

I was tired of him when I saw his name on the lineup.

Is Sportsnet bankrupt yet? Can't find a functional stream site carrying spring games.

Word came out yesterday that Warner Bros-Discovery, who owns AT&T Sportsnet, no longer wants the networks. The teams have until March 31st to take back ownership of their broadcast rights or WBD will move to liquidate assets. Whatever comes next will likely bring an end to local streaming blackouts

The biggest storyline so far is that it was never winnable.

I missed that. It will be interesting to see how that plays out.

Bielak looked good after that dinger. Maybe there’s hope.

Blanco had a great spring last year, didn't allow a run if I recall correctly. Was a surprise opening day roster addition but he struggled out of the gate and got shipped out. There may not be room for him regardless out of spring this year.

This change is good and IDK how people would argue otherwise

They will hang around until a better option is created. Hopefully MLB will buy out all RSNs and do away with silly blackout restrictions.

Less than 2 hours to get into the 9th inning.

Thanks I hate it.
