The owner is a liberal cuck, hard to financially support a dipshit but I'm sure I will

After today, I don't see any difference between Crane and Joe Alleva. Dude is a grade A cuck in my book.

We just finished building our house.

While unpacking boxes that have been packed for the past two years I found the Houston Chronicle paper from the day after winning the Series.

I was considering having them framed for my office at home.

Now, I will definitely have them framed.

I need a collection of some good frick Mike Fiers tweets that I can make a collage of.

Lol I don’t like where this is heading

I told y'all he was gonna get more hands on.

To this point Crane has been a extremely hands off owner. He's given baseball ops free reign, hes approved expensive trades and contracts and you don't hear a whole lot from him. Hes very behind the scenes

But as I expected, he's now taking a more involved day to day role in the organization's operations. What that means for us, I'm not sure yet.

It’s almost universally bad when owners get more active in day to day personnel stuff. I’m willing to wait and see who he hires (would be totally fine promoting the assistant GM who interviewed with Pittsburgh) and see if he steps back after that

Yesterday at 6PM if you told me a Houston head coach and GM would be fired I would have bet big money that ole Bob was getting canned.

Lance McCullers like a tweet calling Mike Fiers a snake a few weeks ago. That is worth a framing

He absolutely is.

We should have the ump check his glove and hat for pine tar every single time he pitches against us.

Harden should probably lock himself in his house for the next few days or so considering how the last 24 hours has gone for Houston sports

I saw on twitter someone said we should start pegging all the A's batters until there is a bench clearing brawl and then everyone just attack Fiers

Agreed. The way I see it is that he gave baseball ops free reign to run without interference and they burned him so now the boss is going to trust the instincts of the man that made him a billion dollars in the first place.

Yea this is one of those rare things that really makes you question why you’re invested in a team as a fan. Why should a fan care if the owner himself is too much of a coward to stand by his GM and Manager?

What Crane did today was catastrophic for many reasons, but most importantly the reputation of the team. He didn’t have to go that far with it after the MLB punishment, but he did and his actions can never be taken back.

The Astros look weak. Their owner just got on live TV and sided with the media. The 2017 championship looks silly now not because of the MLB punishment, but because of the owner doing what he did. The MLB punishment was heavily exaggerated and meant to set an example, what Crane did was over the top and a pussy thing to do.
