Obviously not comparable, but you can get his drift
And speaking of Soto, they will be breaking bank for him, and making a WS even more improbable
The thought of them making offers for Tucker is not remotely probable

If they could get Kikuchi for less, they should entertain the thought of a trade return for Framber

It's fun to see just how many mentally retarded losers there are on the MSB.
This was the plan when they wanted to introduce a new space city alternate uniform they knew the fans are gonna be pised at the beginning of the season because of the weak team
Orbit is gonna have a non binary friend next season

I'm just getting started with my off season list of festivus grievances.
Now...imagine if you will, a world without the Crawford Boxes. A world where our stubbornly insistent pull hitters aren't consistently denied liners into left by a shallow left fielder. A world where we aren't robbed of extra bases into the LF gap because the dumbass box seats allow fielders to pinch off that gap. A better world where a scalded line drive isn't limited to a single thanks to a deflection off the wall right back to the fielder.
AI has the right idea. Tear em out. Push the wall back. Do a standing room overhang porch.

Definitely extend the train tracks going right in front of everyone sitting down the 3B line. That way they can't tell Bregman is gone.

To me, Tucker looks like a guy who found out long ago that he was really good at baseball, so that's what he does.
Other guys, (Bregman, Altuve, Verlander, many others) look like they LOVE baseball and are constantly thinking about what they can do. They literally look like they are just happy to walk out on that field and get to play.
Tucker found something he's good at and can make a lot of money, but he will never be that player because he is missing something inside.

Ted Williams swing and Eric Dickerson's passion for the game. I've been saying it
I am adamant that he also suffers from mental health issues

I was just looking at Hader’s stats. What a fricking nightmare signing this was.
And Pressly’s stats were very similar.
Couple of assholes.
A jumbo bag of jumbo dicks was FedEx’ed to each player’s home yesterday. Fill up, boys.

I like Framber, I really do. His stuff is top tier, and he’s a possible no hitter every time he takes the mound. That being said, it’s obvious after the time that we’ve had with him that he will never have what it takes mentally. Watching his little meltdown during the game Tuesday was just more evidence. We are blessed with a glut of starting pitching. The unknowns presented with some of those starters coming off injuries is pretty glaring, though. I guess my point is that I’m not at all sure what we should do with Framber.

IMO, you seek to sign him b/c he is durable and consistent
When he controls his curveball he dominates for stretches at a time. As always, it comes down to the price
Kikuchi is more than likely cheaper, and he seemed to enjoy his time here. Make a run at signing Framber to a 4 year deal, and if the AAV is too much, fall back on Kikuchi

I hope they keep Bregman. Fun to watch a guy who plays with a passion for the game.
I'm still unsure about Tucker. His bat has dissappeared in the playoffs the last couple years.
I wish they could do something with Yordan. I'm tired of watching him jog to first and troll around the outfield afraid to go all out. The guy is out of shape. I mean, he got hurt on a simple slide.

He’s had surgery on both knees, and will probably require a meniscus cleanup now, after hearing he favored it a lot these last 2 games
He’s gonna be a lifetime DH at this point. And it’s a shame, b/c he had above average speed and a good arm

One thing about Bregman that has sort of gone under the radar the last several weeks and needs to be considered is, what about this injury? How serious is it? I know he played through it at the end, but he had to miss several stretches during the last month or so. Is it something that could be chronic and be more hampering as he ages?

Well, he won’t age well. His lack of speed and range is a given
But his bat speed and barrel rate will probably remain. He hit CF and RF bombs recently
If he would sign an Altuve-like deal, I could see him getting that extra year he would want. I just don’t think your agent is Boras if that’s your intentions
And I don’t think your plate approach is all power when you possess his abilities with the stick. He was all about his contract this year. I don’t see him changing his tune now

Right, and add to that a bad arm and they would have no place to put him.
They will be risking having a massive defensive liability in the infield with him and Altuve as the years go on.

They really need to get more athletic, but I would still want to sign Bregman for the right price. Can't replace his bat.
As for Framber, I'm all for an extension, but I'd trade him (same as Tuck) before holding onto him for his walk year. I just don't think you can fill all the holes in one offseason so why keep the impending free agents? There's no rule saying you can only get prospects back either. Get some major league talent in return like the Padres did.

Send Tucker to rot in Oakland/Sacramento/Vegas in return for this player:
Just spitballing, and I’m sure some of you will accurately point out the errors in my thinking.

The only solace with Bregman's likelihood to age badly is that I think he could potentially be used as a Yuli-like first baseman at the tail end. Still a bad investment for the price he'll cost and years the deal will be.
