Look at that: no timely hitting again.

Captain obvious here, but when Jabroni has his pitches moving as much as they are, he's good.

He is legit when he is on. He had as good of a second half of last season as anyone. I'm stuck in an airport right now so I can't watch (listening instead), but it sounds like he is on right now. That was a very good half of inning for him

Poor Luis...I'm pretty sure he has had the worst BABIP luck on the team this year by a wide margin.

There was a grantland article on Luis today, and it said his BABIP wasn't too much lower than expected because he hits a ton of fly balls. That last one was unlucky though

Yeah but I think that he has actually become an overall better hitter than he was. When the guy hit hard liners and grounders, it seems like they become outs more than the norm.

Good Lord...Valbuena's BABIP is lower than his actual average. Grantland is a little off if they think that's not a good deal of bad luck at work.

They have been slowly building the case against him this week, as much as home team guys can.

We need the Field of Dreams voice in Luhnow's head now. "Go the distance. Ease his pain."
