Good thing this is a day where it is encouraged to drink tequila and Dos Equis to get through another one of these slogs with this pitching staff against that lineup.

Would imagine there are multiple roster moves today, someone will have to replace Yainer (Whitcomb was sent down for Salazar yesterday), and they desperately need fresh arms in the bullpen.

But, don't fret, more mediocre arms are on their way! Imai and Pearson are going to tandem in Sugar Land, and Hader will throw live bullets in a game for the first time (Hader is temporarily not included in the mediocre arms)

I don’t see a scenario where Dana Brown makes it to the trade deadline

It would seem that if they were going to make a midseason move, it would happen prior to the Draft, but this organization hasn't truly had direction since Luhnow

If they fire Dana they will just roll with an interim the rest of the year in my opinion. It’s pretty rare for teams to fire a GM and replace them with an external one mid year. I have no idea why, I am guessing it is a contract thing. They should still do it IMO

Let's hope. Also wouldn't mind it happening before the draft.

Let an interim handle the draft and the trade deadline. Then go get a true baseball ops guy, empower him and stay out of his way for 3-4 years. And lose Jeff Bagwell's phone number.

Optioned Weiss to Sugar Land today. Should’ve sent him back to Korea instead

The fact that we had Weiss, Christian Roa, and Ruddery Munoz on the opening day roster should be reason enough for termination.

Definitely not my part of town. I'm Soto's or Del Pueblo for the last 30 years. But it's still month end, so I'm still busy.

I remember when I used to be excited about playing the Dodgers.

I can see Elias getting fired in Baltimore and him being strongly considered by Crane at year end. Which I would be perfectly fine with

Was thinking about Elias last night while watching the Yankees score 7 runs in the last two innings. Wondering how much leash he’d have left
