I mean he's obviously not right, everybody knows that. But was it a good idea to go into detail with a reporter about what specifically is hurting him? I'm legit asking.
Obviously Boston has all the video they need on how to attack him but does going on the record with it play into any kind of mentality for the Sox pitchers getting after him? Either give him a chase pitch he comes up empty on or give him a fat pitch in the zone that:
A) He's too weak to get anything behind his swing and he pops it up
B) His eyes get big and he takes a giant hack that kills his back
