It was in a great spot, Dallas just made a hell of a play

But still, you’re taking the bat out of Lindors hands. I’m not saying that’s not what you do there, it’s hard to swallow. They got a run out of it, but there’s always the other side of it.

Look at his numbers vs Houston this year. And he won’t make 5 innings in this game

First game 6.1 innings 3 runs allowed
Second game 5.1 innings 5 runs allowed

So he was ok in one game and blown up in the next.... am I missing something?

In fact he only failed to go 5 innings once all year, against the Blue Jays of all teams

Extremely predictable they would score after we blew a golden opportunity. Get it together boys.

Yeah that inning was shaping up to be really bad with the top of the lineup due with no outs and two on. Usually Dallas is nitpicking the corners and falling behind until he has to groove something. Linder definitely helped out.

Also, bunting third base side against a multi-time Gold Glove winning lefty has to be seen as a pure sacrifice.

I just don’t see 6-8 doing anything today. It is important that springer and yuli wake up and help altuve bregman and Marwin.

It really is. We'd be a better team with Yuli at third, Bregs at SS and White at first.

Yuli's shite strikeout changed this game. Big escape job for Clevinger and the Indians, they immediately reward him with a run and he bounces back with a 13 pitch inning.

That's why I was surprised when Yuli was ahead of Marwin in the order versus a guy more vulnerable vs. lefty bats.
