A lot of wood left to chop in the 6 remaining regular season games and beyond, but one thing we know is the Stros have somehow pulled off another division title baws.

I'd like to see the Rays hang a few L's on the Yankees.

Did anyone get the email about the 10:00 a.m. presale for ALDS? I thought it was at 1:00 today based on the email from yesterday.

If what I just heard is true, our outlook for the world series has taken a giant leap forward. This is huge, baws. Get ready to hang another banner. Gass up that leaf blower baws!

Some help from the Rays would be nice. The Rangers aren't really trying at this point. They'll be starting 2 September call ups in that series. Meanwhile, the Yankees have gone 12-5 against the Rays this year.

@Rays Tanaka vs Chirinos
@Rays Happ vs Morton
@Rangers Paxton vs Palumbo
@Rangers Severino vs Burke
@Rangers Green vs Lynn

Worst I see is 3-2 but likely a 4-1 finish. Meaning we can go 4-2 to finish with the same record and take the tiebreaker.

The rest of the way for us...

Mariners: Cole vs Dunn

Dunn is the Mariners #5 prospect. He'll supposedly pitch 2-3 innings and give way to Tommy Milone.

Mariners: Greinke vs Kikuchi

Kikuchi has struggled big time in the 2nd half and hasn't pitched well against the Astros. ERA over 6 in 3 starts against Houston.

Angels: Miley vs Barria

Barria was the guy we jumped on last Friday and knocked out after 2.2 and 6 earned.

Angels: Urquidy vs Sandoval

Sandoval pitched 3 innings and allowed 3 runs against us this past weekend. Big start for Urquidy to prove himself for a post season start.

Angels: Verlander vs Rodriguez

Rodriguez spent most of the year in the minors where he had a 6.57 ERA.

Angels: Cole vs Peters

If HFA has been decided, I imagine Cole sits and Framber gets this start.

Sandoval

Interesting prospect, but he'll be on a tight pitch count and likely won't go more than 4 innings even if he's pitching well.

Apparently presale inventory is very limited.

absurdly limited. I was able to get 2 tickets in 429 for game 2 and that was it.

Yeah all they had was upper deck. I did screenshot the price chart though to compare. I'm gonna go the seatgeek/stubhub route. If we get the afternoon slot Friday, those prices will drop some.

I was able to pick up single tickets for games 1 & 2, and a block of 4 for game 5

Yeah, it's basically a guarantee that we get the afternoon slots for pretty much all the games with the Yankees being the other option. No matter who we play it'll be a small market team.
