Just saw that Brown has a 1.76 ERA last 10 starts

Astros have lost 6 of those starts

Framber lost his last game before the trade deadline and hasn’t won since

Man, just can’t figure out how this “team” fell out of the playoffs.

Espada letting Salazar lie about Framber and not address his behavior was in line with his passive nature.

Crane better realize he must make changes, even if it’s just for the sake of change. This bunch needs a major shakeup, and I can feel it coming

Framber should have been DFA by the next morning. Of all the shitty moments the second half of this season, that's the shittest.

Grand Slam in his last game as an Astro

‘22 WS MVP

He can be a big part of our ‘28 WS run. Hell, when we get somebody to pay down his salary, he might even be an actual member of the team. LOL

It’s mind blowing that nothing was done on the coaching front while we were still holding serve, even though the offense was non-existent. We’ve been reactive for half a decade now and I guess Crane figured we could get away with doing little in the offseason and then fixing it at the deadline. And although it’s technically worked, the signs have been there the last two years (really longer…the pitching in 22 masked it a bit) and that’s what he should have seen, or should have allowed his GM to see, and act on it.

I would unload him with the quickness. They’re not going to sign him anyway.

I’ll always appreciate what he did in 22, but of all the guys we’ve let walk, I’d have way less heartburn with him than the others.

I know arm injuries are a bit of a crap shoot, but the amount of Re-Injuries we’ve had is terrifyingly bad.

The entire medical system (and staff) needs a revamp

When (if) he comes back that’ll be 34 IP in 4 years. fricking criminal

Lots of parallels to the post Jimmy Johnson Cowboys. They got away with it for a while with Jimmy’s guys, similar to Luhnow’s guys

Flags fly forever, so I wouldn’t change a thing, but 2022 gave Crane a false sense of why this team was successful.

I honestly don’t see him making wholesale changes if we miss the playoffs. I think it’s gonna have to get uglier first.

Pitcher throws 20 pitches in the fist?

Automatic he has a less than 10 pitch inning in the 2nd.

7 pitch third! Sevvy has an .800+ OPS against at home he’s got 3 Hitless innings. Every time you think they reach bottom as an offensive unit they somehow smash through that floor and keep sinking
