Bruh we've played .500 ball since June, our offense is maddeningly inconsistent, we're shite against bad teams. We're setting the stage for a quick bounce from the playoffs.

They play up and down to the competition. Which bodes well for the playoffs, IMO.

Why pull him? The game is out of hand so just keep him in ther and make him get 3 more outs. At least maybe this means they will pull Lyles and we can get in some garbage time runs

Speaking of bullpen, I bet the Astros bullpen love coming in mid-inning for Greinke.
They never have to worry about any inherited runners scoring because Greinke getting pulled mid-inning always means he just gave up a big homerun and the bases are clear.

I think that'll about do it for me on this one. Still scoring 7.5 runs per game in the series when you think about it.

I hear ya man but it’s just a grind night after night. The rest days, the constantly changing lineups as Wahoocs mentioned, the shitty bullpen, and the galactically stupid manager will wear on the best of fans.
Anyone who watched the 10th inning of that Sunday home game against Seattle last month knows what I mean. We’ve had some clutch GW hits no doubt, Altuve’s heroics especially, but when it comes to situations where just putting the ball in play is needed we suck arse.
Simply put, this team is less than the sum of its parts and it’s frustrating as hell. We’ve been swept by Balt, Det, Tex and lost the season series to KC and Minn. Let that sink in. They should have another 100 win season locked up but they won’t get there.
Side note, went to Globe Life for the Astros weekend series a couple of weeks ago and loved the park. And the Texas Live thing needs to happen across from MMP where the Bus and Home Plate Grill stood.
