So in the last 2 days, my favorite sports teams have worn stickers on their helmet in support of a felon and walked away from a game in support of a felon.
I have decided to tap out on the NFL. I was on the edge anyway and I think the Blake sticker on the helmet was the final straw.
I might give the Astros the benefit of the doubt. I think they pulled this shite tonight because everyone else did it and they felt the need to fall in line.
But maybe not. I was planning to kick back and watch a game tonight and come home to this bullshite. So who knows.

Yeah was essentially the players marched campus to demand justice for systematic racism as a result of Jacob Blake. Then Ryan Clark essentially called out O saying the players had to take control since they had no leadership.
Players demands are the same shite you see others demanding.

If they want to protest on their own time, I'm fine with that. At least they didn't boycott a game at the last minute or walk out of a practice.
And Ryan Clark is quickly becoming one of my least favorite ex-LSU players with all of his "hot takes"

Yeah, same. I feel like you could see it on Lance’s face that he was pissed. They’re not all on board with this.
I think that’s the distinction ppl need to make if they’re trying to stick with sports. Who’s supporting the “movement” because they’re deranged lunatics and who’s supporting it because they’re being held hostage.
I’m trying to stay open minded as much as possible but I don’t have much more patience.

I'm sure Lance was pissed, but he was in a no-win situation. Either go along with something he knows is bullshite or speak out against it and be roasted as the a-hole racist white guy. Can't fault him for going along with it. Nobody wants to be the next Drew Brees.

That is where I am with it. I closed the door on the Saints yesterday. I'll sleep on it tonight and will probably leave one last crack in the door for the Astros. Hopefully all the woke bullshite in baseball will die down after a few days and they can just play ball.
