10 am update:
The extra-large bag o' dicks has been delivered to Sousa. It is very evident that he has pictures of Espada doing things with farm animals or something, but still no sign of where those photos are located.
Meanwhile, the search is still on in NYC for AJ Blubaw, who has pitched scoreless baseball in 9 of his last 10 outings, but hasn't been seen in 3 straight close games
Surely they would use a guy like that when a lot of other guys in the pen are overused or generally suck, right?
A couple of fun facts about the crappy AL West.
The AL West is 199-266 vs teams out of the division (.428)
The AL West is 91-117 in interleague games (.438)
As for tonight, Cole is 3-1 in August with a 1.82 ERA. This seems like a fair matchup.
In the words of a certain DAT legend and general sage: "Loss".

A smart team would try to work counts, even if it meant sacrificing some outs to try to roll up his pitch count.
Therefore, I predict a 7 pitch first inning with a strikeout on a pitch in the other batters box, a weakly hit tapper and a soft contact pop up to shallow LF.
