Baseball is so stupid sometimes.

Told y'all wed drop this series. Flew to close to the sun sweeping the Dodgers and thought they'd coast to an easy series win against the carcass of the Guardians season on a 10 game losing streak.

The beginning of the correction
We’ll be cussing the frick out of this pathetic lineup very very soon
It’s been cute and heartwarming, but 3 day paternity leaves and calf tightness on top of the rare HBP broken rib and 3 month hand discomfort, one season removed from the half season foul ball broken leg has become tiresome

All star break can’t get here soon enough.
Gotta love the swing at balls and take strikes approach to baseball. Guaranteed success.

I’m really tiring of Yainier hacking away at everything. Ironically, he strikes out looking. Can someone COACH him about expanding the strike zone so fricking much?

Hurrrrr what r evun izz uh chaynjup?

Never get caught using the word quality anywhere near a discussion related to a Yainer Diaz AB
Or his defense behind the plate
Aledmys may end up being the better Diaz when Yainer is done. LOL

Is this the annual baffling sweep by a shitty team?
Its usually an absolute bottom feeder, Cleveland isnt that level bad but coming in off losing 10 in a row and completely incapable of scoring, this one might fit the bill as the wtf series.

Disagree. Not that wtf. Look at this roster right now. This is a cellar dwelling roster at the moment.

This team needs the all star break
Posted on 7/8/25 at 8:20 pm to Lsuhoohoo
This team isn’t near a 20 games over .500 at ASB team
It’s just been such an amazing run of getting good breaks that it’s always gonna suck extra hard witnessing your shite get pushed in
This winning at home thing is a recent development, and we should truly expect a miserably bad run that mirrors how good we’ve been
None of this has really made sense to begin with

Yankees are helping us tonight…

We will continue to need it
What’s gonna compound the frustration is when we start getting guys back and they can’t get the results we’ve witnessed from chopped liver

You have time to follow this with Tigue Moore burning down?
Posted on 7/8/25 at 8:36 pm to wahoocs
If/when they get healthy (Pena, Yordan, Jake, at least one of the injured starters) that team is a championship contender. Yordan is obviously the biggest question mark right now. Being able to bank wins when missing those guys is enormous because the bye is crucial in this system.
