Altuve's spray chart is just a arrow directly to 3rd base? Have you ever seen somebody pull more weak ground balls to 3rd base than this guy?

I’m by no means blaming the umps for losing, I’m just pointing out how incompetent today’s guy is. He certainly made sure we weren’t scoring last inning when he struck bregnan out on a pitch nowhere close to the zone. Bregman earned that walk and that guy screwed him. Who knows how the inning would have unfolded after that. And he’s gotten at least 15 other pitches wrong. Not nearly a good enough percentage for a supposed professional of his craft at the highest level.

Peacock has been fine the problem is with him out AND not having a competent fifth starter with him healthy and a trade for a playoff arm the he takes the fifth starter in the regular season and pen in the post.

With him hurt we need to be looking at an Andrew cashner type in addition to a playoff starter

As bad as Brantley is in the OF, El Perro Grande makes him look like Jake. That was awful.

I have no idea what Hinch was thinking putting kemp and Alvarez next to each other in the outfield. If you have a guy in Alvarez that’s shaky and inexperienced, why you put your 5th best outfielder next to him? That was stupid from the moment the ink hit the paper.

And, we have a lot of guys that have no role on this team going forward. James is one of them. Throw him in the trade for a big named guy. We just can’t fix him. Can’t fix Devo. Can’t fix white. Can’t fix rondon. They all have potential but we just can’t solve it or get them to reach it. Use them as trade bait.

This was always a white flag game. This team has mailed it in on several Sundays this season.

Typical fat guy.

The vibrations of his fat into the bat barrel created that moment.

Lucroy definitely pulled his glove back like the bat hit it. That’s the determination.
