The way this team is built, you are going to get some low hit, high strikeout games from the offense. Gotta go get em tomorrow.

Good pitching, we needed more runs.

Next man up us another win streak.

Sonny Gray hasn't been exactly stellar this year

Wow. Can't believe we lost to the A's at home and scored only 1 run. Oh well. Let's try and rebound tomorrow and start another streak then.

We needed 7-3 on the homestand, currently sitting at 4-3.

Disappointing loss. Hopefully we'll bounce back to close out the series.

ETA: We've been winning at a .700 clip for the last 37 games, we were due for a little regression.

Who do you give up? Realistically, he won't be cheap. It will take more than a Tucker, Marisnick, Feldman package.

Somewhere along the lines of tucker the elder, Moran/jd davis, one of martes/paulino/musgrove.

It would take:

1 of: Musgrove/Martes/Paulino
Probably Fiers, he's still under team control
1 of: Fisher/Moran/Davis
Probably Daz

It would take two of our young arms plus some throw-ins.

Even if it is two of the arms I consider it. Musgrove and paulino have injury history and no matter what a bird in hand producing at mlb level is worth two in the bush.

We hope one of them develops into an ace. Pomeranz is one right now is young doesn't have a lot of miles on his arm.
