I’d be interested to see if we could fix Andrew Vaughn as a 1B answer. I’m sure it wouldn’t be too expensive. I favor that over going for a Vladdy with this team

It just seems this lineup needs at least one of two very specific things from a trade to become deeper and more balanced.
1. A very patient hitter who can get on base at a very high clip.
2. A true, dangerous power hitter.
Sticking a high OBP guy in the top of the order would make the middle what it's supposed to be when Tucker's vacation ends.
Or just adding another bopper to slot into the middle achieves similar ends.
All that said, another starting pitcher is needed for depth even more.

They have many guys with pop, I’d say, but they flail at shite and get themselves out. I def agree about someone who can get on base as a high need though.

That's why I'd sort of like to see Wagner get some run at 1B now. You can stick him 9th to try to achieve the same purpose, as you get through the order the first time. They won't do that though.

I just want everyone to know I’ve been at a friends house grilling burgers and pounding beers in the pool all afternoon and I was overwhelmed all of a sudden with the “oh man I’m about to shite myself” feeling so I had to sprint to a bathroom in the house in front of everyone while soaking wet to destroy their toilet only to discover that there is no more toilet paper left in the bathroom. This has been a haunting experience and I felt I needed to share it with someone so I hope everyone has a better night than me
