I didn’t stay up, but reading the last few pages of the DAT from last night, it looks like Stanek saved Maton from a complete bed shitting.
A few days before the ASB, my son legit texted me and asked me if Maton was autistic. Dusty is trying so hard to make him an integral part of this pen, meanwhile Seth Martinez just keeps getting people out.

Seems like he misses it. Been traveling with the team some and going to a lot of games.
He probably sees the same thing we all see, this is World Series pitching staff with a long relief hole in the pen.
If he is healthy enough to be a starter, keep the 6th man rotation with a Jose/odor platoon day as the 6th starter. If he isn’t healthy enough start put him in the platoon day.
