I'd throw Montero now. We're likely to lose as the road team by the odds and need a miracle. A scoreless Montero inning would qualify, whereas him pitching with the ghost runner in the 10th would be instant death.

Looked to me like the Mets got some good luck on a bad throw. It was way off the bag, McNeil barely snagged it fully outstretched but it tailed right into the path of Loperfido
